About Tony Talks Travel

Tony Talks Travel is a travel advisory and content brand operated by Antony Pagan. Travel bookings are facilitated through Fora as the host travel agency. We assist clients with trip planning, itinerary design, supplier recommendations, and booking support.

Travel Planning and Booking

We act as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers including hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, and other providers. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of the individual suppliers. Tony Talks Travel and Fora do not own or operate the travel services booked on your behalf.

We make every effort to present accurate information at the time of booking, but pricing, availability, schedules, and supplier policies can change without notice. We do not guarantee pricing, upgrades, availability, refunds, or any specific travel outcome.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip. It is the client's responsibility to evaluate and purchase appropriate coverage. Tony Talks Travel does not provide insurance and is not responsible for losses that would have been covered by a travel insurance policy.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other travel documentation required for their destination. Clients are also responsible for arriving on time, following supplier rules, and complying with the laws and customs of the destinations visited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tony Talks Travel's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the planning or service fee paid directly to Tony Talks Travel for the trip in question.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are set by the individual travel suppliers. Tony Talks Travel will assist clients with cancellation requests, but final outcomes are determined by the supplier's terms. Any planning or service fees charged by Tony Talks Travel are non-refundable once work has begun.

Changes to These Terms

Governing Law
